This exquisite French Sevres–style perfume casket is a rare and beautifully preserved example of late 19th-century European decorative arts. Crafted in a striking palette of white opaline glass and finished with gilt brass mounts, this oval-form casket houses its suite of three original opaline perfume bottles with matching stoppers—an unusually complete set.
The lid features a finely hand-painted neoclassical female portrait medallion, framed in gold and set against softly mottled blue enamel.
