Live Sales
Please tune into the beginning of each live sale to hear instructions on how the same will work. If you join later and are unsure of the procedures, please ask before participating and we will be more than happy to explain. In live sales, a claim is a commitment to purchase. Please send me a direct message after the sale with your name and contact information. I will confirm your purchase and send you an invoice through Shopify. For some items, I will include shipping as part of a one-step payment method. For larger or more fragile items, I will do a two-step payment method once the item is wrapped and shipping costs are determined. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours or the item will be put back in inventory to be sold.
Shipping & Open Boxes
All purchases are final purchase and not returnable or refundable, so please ask any additional questions you may have prior to purchase. We will also note any disclaimers.
I will automatically add shipping insurance (and pass along those costs) to all items over $100 to protect both of us in case of damage during transit. In the rare occasion an item does break during transit, please message me right away and I will ask for specific pictures necessary for me to submit a claim. Please keep all shipping materials and the item itself until we have finalized the claim. I will always take care of my customers to ensure any issues that arise are resolved.
I am happy to keep open boxes upon request, but they must be closed within 30 days. If you are doing local pick up, please make sure you pick up items within 30 days of purchase. Local pick up will be coordinated between myself and the buyer and is available only on Mondays, Fridays and weekends, coordinated in advance.
My current shipping turnaround time is 2 weeks. I work hard to offer you the lowest rates available for shipping, however, my priority is to get your items to you safely, so I will always choose the safest shipping based upon the item(s) purchased.
