Online & Instagram Live Sales

Shop our latest finds through our Instagram live sales and feed drops. Please tune in from the beginning of each live sale for instructions. A claim during a live sale is a commitment to purchase — please message us after the sale with your name and contact information, and we'll send your invoice through Shopify.

• Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or the item will be returned to inventory.
• All purchases are final sale — no returns or refunds. Please ask questions before purchasing.

Shop Policies

On Vintage & Antique Items

Most of our pieces are vintage or antique and may show minor signs of age or wear — this is part of their charm and history. Items can be 100+ years old. We do our best to describe and photograph every piece thoroughly, and will always note any significant flaws. Please read descriptions carefully and ask questions prior to purchase.

Shipping

• Shipping insurance is automatically added to all orders over $100 (cost passed to buyer).
• Current turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks; larger or unusually shaped items may take longer.
• We prioritize safe delivery and always choose the most appropriate shipping method for each item.
• Shipping costs are pass-through — we do not profit from them. Please be prepared for higher costs on large or heavy items.
• If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. Please retain all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Local Pick-Up

• Available Fridays and weekends; please coordinate at least 24 hours in advance.
• Items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase or they will be returned to inventory.
• Pick-up address provided upon coordination.

Kentucky Sales Tax

Kentucky is a destination sales tax state. Kentucky residents will have applicable state sales tax added to their invoice, including purchases made through the Crestwood Mercantile booth.
