Fleur de lis in gold on the cobalt blue enamel surrounded by 14k yellow gold. Measure 1 inch long. Marked Made in France on the back of enamel, 14k on the gold. Overall good condition however, one earring has some enamel on the top that has chipped away (as pictured)
