French Pedestal Plate

Beautiful French Sevres elevated decorative plate/tray. This piece is like a work of art and is hand painted with the artist’s signature on the top. It is marked with the Sevres porcelain mark on bottom. The bottom does have a black marker mark from the previous owner.
